SELPA System II's WebIEP module is a web-based IEP system, easy for Special Education Teachers and Staff to use anywhere. It is designed with the ability to produce IEP forms as dynamic PDF documents. SELPAs have the option of using the California IEP template forms, or their existing IEP forms. Unlike other some vendors offering web-based IEP solutions, Faucette Micro Systems has designed WebIEP to be a database hosted on a server under your direct ownership or control, not stored or hosted by the software vendor.

WebIEP interfaces with other products in the SELPA System II line. The data from completed IEPs can be bridge into District Access, the master student database. No need to re-key the IEP - the process is automated.
Validation of information is vital to the completeness of any IEP. WebIEP contains a large catalog of preset validations, with additional validations added to correlate to your customized screens. The validations notify the user of any irregularity such as required fields left blank or field violations.
